Returns

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a 20% return fee. We offer a complimentary white-glove pickup service for all returns.

Care guide

Every Petite cushion cover zips off, and every fabric carries a cleaning code that tells you how to treat it. Find your fabric below and the rest is easy.

Performance Linen

Crypton Home Nomad. Coastal Ivory and Quartz.

Cleaning code W, water-based. Clean with water and a mild, water-based upholstery cleaner. No solvents, no bleach, no dry cleaning.

Spills: blot with a dry towel. Most liquids sit on the surface and lift right off.
Spot clean: mix 1 teaspoon of enzyme detergent into 16 oz of warm water, mist the spot, brush gently from the outside of the stain in, rinse well and blot dry. Let it air dry.
Deeper clean: hot water extraction (a Bissell Little Green works well) with 1/4 teaspoon of mild enzyme detergent per cup of lukewarm water. Rinse until no soap is left; soap residue attracts dirt.
Avoid: bleach, solvent cleaners, dry cleaning and ironing. A little steam takes out wrinkles.

Crypton's stain, moisture and odor protection is built into the fabric rather than sprayed on, so it does not wash out. Permanent marker, lipstick and nail polish may not come out completely.

Linen, Chenille and Velvet

Sage Green and Coastal Ivory Linen, Latte and Natural Chenille, Rust Velvet.

Cleaning code S, solvent-based. Spot clean with a water-free, solvent-based upholstery cleaner only. Water can leave rings or shrink the cover.

Spills: blot right away with a clean, dry white cloth, working from the outside in. Do not rub.
Spot clean: put a small amount of dry-cleaning solvent on the cloth, not on the fabric, and test it on a hidden spot first (the inside of a cover is perfect). Dab gently and let it dry fully.
Deeper clean: unzip the cover and take it to a professional dry cleaner. Tell them it is code S.
Avoid: water, soap and water, steam, bleach, the washing machine and the dryer.

Chenille and velvet have a pile. Once a spot is dry, brush it softly in the direction of the nap to bring the texture back.

Every fabric, every week

Vacuum with the upholstery attachment to lift dust and crumbs before they settle in.
Rotate and fluff the cushions. Every Petite seat cushion is the same size, so swap them between modules for even wear.
Keep it out of direct sun. Any fabric will fade over time in a bright window.
Blot spills right away, whatever the fabric. The sooner you get to it, the less there is to clean.

Each seat is a high-density foam core wrapped in hypoallergenic down-alternative fill. The foam holds the shape, the fill does the sink-in. Even the module edges are padded, so its truly like a cloud.
