What's Covered
Every Aspen Nest sectional is backed by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty from the date it's delivered to your home. This covers defects in materials and workmanship — the frame, the construction, and how it all holds together over time.
If we determine your piece has a defect, we'll send replacement parts or a full replacement section at no cost to you. No runaround, no fine print games.
How It Works
If something doesn't look right, reach out to us. Send a photo and a brief description to our support team. We'll review it quickly and let you know next steps — usually within 24 hours. Because we're based right here in Denver, warranty support is personal and fast.
Good to Know
Our warranty is available to the original purchaser and applies when the furniture is used as intended under normal household conditions. Damage from misuse, accidents, alterations, or anything outside everyday use isn't covered — but we're always happy to talk through options if something comes up.
